Ready to Butcher pigs
Our grow-to-butcher programs for Berkshire pigs are available on a first-come, first-served basis each year, with butchering typically taking place in mid to late spring. Our pigs are grown to approximately 250-275 lbs live weight, producing delectable pork that is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You may choose to book a butcher yourself or we can assist you in scheduling the service. We offer live pick up or on farm slaughter. Please message for more details and to reserve your pig.
